For the selection and review of each session of the Science and Technology Award, the chairman of the association selects and appoints authoritative experts to form a review committee.
There are review groups for "Nano Technology", "Information Technology", "Optoelectronics Technology", "Biotechnology Medicine" and "Green Technology". In the process of "Peer's Review System", the shortlist is recommended to the review committee to select the final list of winners, which will be submitted to the board of directors for confirmation and announced.
