Technology and Innov

To reward and cultivate scientific and technological R&D talents, assist industries to use scientific and technological innovation to improve their competitiveness, promote knowledge exchanges at home and abroad and with the mainland, and promote the application and popularization of scientific and technological innovation, so as to promote the overall economic development of the country and improve the quality of life of the people.

  • Sponsor scientific and technological research and inventions to establish cooperative relations between industry, government and academia.

  • Promote the exchange of scientific and technological innovation and research results in the industry (business) at home and abroad and in the mainland.

  • To reward and nurture talents for research and development of technological innovation.
